We Value Your Feedback

At Ebenezer Aboriginal Corporation, we are committed to providing services that meet your needs and expectations. Your feedback—whether a comment, suggestion, or complaint—plays a vital role in helping us improve the quality and safety of our services. We respect the privacy of both service users and providers, ensuring that no reference to a complaint is recorded in any young person’s file.

Sharing Your Feedback

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services and would like to offer feedback or lodge a complaint, there are several ways to do so:

  • Speak Directly: You can call us or arrange a time to discuss the issue with the relevant person or program involved. You are welcome to bring someone to support you during this conversation.
  • Alternative Options: If you don’t feel comfortable discussing the matter with the person involved or are dissatisfied with their response, you can approach any staff member. They will listen to your concerns and help you explore the best way to resolve them.
  • Written Feedback: You can also submit a complaint or comment using our feedback form below or download a copy for submission at a later time.

What You Can Expect

  • You will not be treated unfairly, discriminated against, or denied services as a result of making a complaint.
  • You are welcome to have a support person with you at any stage of the process. If you prefer, a trusted Ebenezer Aboriginal Corporation staff member can also assist you.
  • It may be helpful to think about the outcome you would like to see when raising a complaint to guide the resolution process.
